This is going to be a longer review, but it’s comprehensive of what work they did for us. Our roof starting leaking back in late 2018, we got it looked at by our insurance and we made several calls out to multiple roofers. We had a two part project that required the roof to be replaced and restoration to be done. Obviously the roof had to be first . C&J were the only ones to return our calls. They were able to come see the roof and the extent of the damage. We knew we would have to wait until spring as we were in winter and the tail end of roofing season and with the rainy summer we had, it would be a little wait. We waited a good bit of time and we checked back in with them. Our file had been misplaced, I will say that they corrected that mistake immedently by coming out the next day and getting a quote made and with a time line to getting the roof done. We got the roof replaced completely in may 2019 and it was a quick process and they even worked on weekends. They were neat, tidy and amazingly polite and next the restoration. That took a little bit longer then expected as it got placed on the back burner because the restoration was not dire but something that we originally got contracted for and our insurance actually was going to cover. I was in constant contact with Jim during this entire process and was always very straight with me about when they would be out and what jobs they were finishing up. It did take time, but communication was never really an issue, it was all about scheduling. We finally got the restoration to finished up and it looks great and again, they were even out on weekends to get the job done and were always polite and cordial when dealing with us. So yes, it did take some time but I can not stress enough that the work is wonderful, Jim and Mike were great to work with and I appreciated him working with us and staying in contact with us through this whole process. We are very patient people and we are glad we stuck with them.
